Fee Agreement and Information

I do not require a retainer.  

My current hourly rate for mediation services is $390.  Certain minimum charges apply.

Instead of a retainer, my clients provide a credit card to process payment of their mediation fees as I provide mediation services.  I send out invoices and process payments after each mediation session and at each stage of document preparation.

All counties charge a $301 filing fee for divorces. This filing fee is in addition to the mediation fees. The filing fee for modifications is $167.
